Whaihua Rauemi

Activations of Insight, Practice, and Return, Shaped by Manawa Kōkopu

Where insight is gathered, practice is elevated, and action moves with intent.

Whaihua Rauemi brings together practical resources grounded in Te Ao Māori for meaningful use and application — a gathered space of thoughtfully developed tools, guides, and reflections that support inquiry and practice across Kaupapa-Aligned Leadership™, cultural intelligence, and professional development.

Here, Indigenous wisdom informs the shaping of frameworks, reflections are offered as points of orientation, and resources are presented not as prescriptions, but as companions — supporting movement with clarity, rhythm, and intent.

Whether accessed for reflection, preparation, learning, or return, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are and enable action that is grounded, informed, and generative.

WĀNANGA: Poutama Kōrero For Kaupapa-Aligned Practice™

A 40-card reflective deck for cultivating awareness, attunement, and transformative insight.

Wānanga: Poutama Kōrero For Kaupapa-Aligned Practice™ is a carefully designed reflective card deck that supports Kaupapa-Aligned Leadership™ through guided inquiry, dialogue, and embodied reflection. Grounded in Kaupapa Māori and shaped by the twin conduits of Poutama IQ™ (Insight Quotient) and Poutama EQ™ (Embodiment Quotient), this deck invites a deeper way of thinking, feeling, and leading.

Each card offers paired prompts that open space for reflection and kōrero across the five wānanga phases. Used individually or collectively, across groups of varying sizes, the deck supports clarity of insight, coherence of action, and leadership that moves with integrity, rhythm, and purpose.

Designed as a reflective companion, this deck supports those seeking alignment between what they know, how they act, and who they are in practice.

Designed and made in Aotearoa New Zealand, in partnership with pākihi Māori.

This set brings together thoughtfully developed content, vibrant colour, and detailed design with a combination of gloss and matte lamination, creating visual depth, tactile contrast, durability in use, and ease of reading to support insight, innovation, and improvement during wānanga.
